POLYURETHANIC TWO COMPONENTS CAST MATERIAL


The finished piece is absolutely rigid.
Thanks to its low shrinking coefficient it can be used to make casts in the orthotic, dental and prototyping fields.

Foot print

This is a foot imprint. The cast matrial is poured in it and the perfect foot copy is obtained. The orthotic is then built up. This proceeding is well known by orthopedic tecnicians.

Foot cast

This is the cast obtained with the above imprint. It is absolutely rigid, strong and elastic too, therefore it can be used for vacuum forming.

This is another example. Many different kinds of casts can be obtained.
